We then spent the next twelve months contacting and meeting some of the top industry individuals where the initial concept for an event co-operative was met with such enthusiasm that the idea became a reality.

Since then we have supplied services as you can see further on to events both internationally as well as the UK and ranging from small private affairs to mass attended events with global audiences.

To this day the MLEM ethos is still very much alive ensuring we only supply the right people to deliver every event to the highest level, on budget and on time.

MATT LAKIN EVENT MANAGEMENT

as the name suggests, started out by supplying basic event management services to the live event industry. As our portfolio of events grew so did the requests for additional services we were being asked to supply.

From the outset MLEM have had the ethos of only accepting projects that we had the right skill set to deliver to our high standards, even if this meant declining job offers that wouldn't guarantee this level of delivery.

MLEM  work closely with b2 Live Events to produce exhibitions, experiential activations and a range of other live events.

Utilising a bespoke design brief template, B2 learn everything possible about your product or service, your goals and your reason for exhibiting.

The  past few years have seen the experiential side of the company expand immensely and where b2 were mainly found in exhibition halls, they are now just at home in city centres, at railway stations, shopping centres and airports - just a few of the places they regularly work.

....we have continued to work with Matt on several large-scale events. We put him forward to our partner in the States/Canada and he contributed to the success of the PanAm Games in Canada in 2015 and have asked him to travel across the World to support our stadium customers including Baku for the Asia Games, Jakarta for the Asia Games and Israel to support our customer and worked with them all to train and Project Manager installations and extractions.

Matt is still our resource globally with CAD drawings which helps us work with our customers to design layouts and installation plans....
